GO Promo is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content and is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the existence or use of such content.

USE OF THE GO SOURCE DIRECTORY

Users are strictly prohibited from using the GO Source supplier directory for the purposes of harvesting information for their own commercial gain and for the purposes of unsolicited email, or spam. These activities include, but are not limited to:

• sending email in violation of anti-spam and direct marketing legislation and accepted industry standards and protocol;
• gathering email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails to individuals and/or entities with which there is no pre-existing relationship;
• mining contact information for the purpose of creating a compilation, collection, database or directory, for commercial or non-commercial gain;
• imitating or impersonating another person or entity;
• creating false accounts for the purposes of misrepresentation or spam;

The use of these functions is subject to the same rules as the GO Source Directory listed above, as well as other terms and conditions listed herein.

GO Promo is a site that facilitates the interaction of users and the sharing of information and knowledge. The site and its owner are not the publisher and/or author of any content, except where indicated and reasonably expected (such as the static pages of the site), and as such, disclaim all liability for the accuracy, legality, reliability or security of all content posted by users of the site. Most of the content posted or uploaded on the site is not moderated and users are advised that they utilise it at their own risk.

GO Promo and its owner have, at their discretion, the right to edit, remove, re-categorise, or otherwise alter any content that is deemed inappropriate or irrelevant, including but not limited to, content that is illegal, offensive or self-promotional. GO Promo and its owner will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the service and system is secure, but cannot make an absolute guarantee of security.

Should GO Promo and its owner find that any files or activity of a member pose a security threat, or that an account is being used by someone other than the account holder, they reserve the right to delete, remove, suspend or halt those files or activities.
